This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collect, assess, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various regions.
• Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Develop and sustain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) while obtaining stakeholder approval.
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with Product Managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for reported issues, ensuring appropriate triage before escalation.
• Confirm delivered solutions during BA testing and verify alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Recognize gaps in processes, documentation, and system configurations.
• Standardize documentation methodologies and CRM standards to minimize technical debt.
• Create and uphold process maps, data flows, and system documentation.
• Examine ERP systems and document Salesforce integration points.
• Identify integration risks, data inconsistencies, and delivery obstacles.
• Lead sprint reviews and ensure robust stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare demo scripts, sprint updates, and progress summaries.
• Provide routine leadership updates regarding progress, risks, and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and review sessions with both business and technical teams.
• Act as an escalation point for cross-functional challenges.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or enterprise systems.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Extensive experience in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and system integrations.
• Proven capability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Administrator).
• Experience in global or multi-regional programs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.
