This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead activities to gather requirements through engaging with stakeholders via interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
• Analyze and document both current-state and future-state business processes, pinpointing opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Elicit, document, and manage both functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and process dependencies.
• Create business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, data mappings, and solution documentation.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs collaboratively with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate reviews of requirements and solution design sessions with business users, architects, administrators, and development teams.
• Provide support for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes encompassing lead management, opportunity management, quoting, pricing, approvals, contracts, billing, and renewals.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are in alignment with business objectives, Salesforce best practices, and enterprise standards.
• Develop test strategies, test scenarios, and business validation plans to verify that requirements are fully satisfied.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, regression testing, and release validation activities.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, CPQ pricing logic, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
• Maintain comprehensive end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through to deployment.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication, decision-making, and issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support change management, user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Business Analysis supporting enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, workflow analysis, business case development, and solution documentation.
• Experience in supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash business processes.
• Knowledge of quoting, pricing, approvals, contract management, billing, renewals, and customer lifecycle management.
• Skilled in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with integrations, data migration, reporting, dashboards, and enterprise business processes.
• Experience in supporting Agile/Scrum teams and managing requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication.
• Experience in coordinating UAT, defect management, release validation, and business readiness activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar delivery and requirements management tools.
• Consulting or client-facing experience is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or related credentials are preferred.
