This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and product requirements for the offline referral program ecosystem.
• Contribute to the business development of referral programs within offline distribution channels, including hypothesis validation, requirements definition, impact assessment, and scalability analysis.
• Lead business analysis initiatives for the Referral Portal, a key product, focusing on web migration (PWA), defining and delivering new features, integrating APIs with backend services, and enhancing end-to-end user journeys (referral tracking, rewards, withdrawals).
• Engage with a high-traffic product (WAU 6–8K, MAU ~12K), utilizing data and user insights to pinpoint growth opportunities and product enhancements.
• Establish requirements and facilitate the delivery of a new product entity aimed at scaling best practices across all merchants.
• Spearhead the development of the Add Ref Portal, including migration to other systems and defining processes for managing referrals from Sales Agents (registration, communication with referrers, operational updates such as changes in name or phone number).
• Assist with additional product streams: adapting the referral portal and payment functionality to meet ALDI requirements, managing RCL offline origination, compiling product-level requirements for RCL features pertinent to offline use cases, and digitizing operational control over RCL plastic card inventory and marketing materials in partner stores.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to facilitate the delivery process (backlog grooming, clarifications, release support).
• Over 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in digital products.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation (user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, CJMs).
• Experience with, or a strong understanding of, referral, loyalty, affiliate, or MLM-based systems is a plus.
• Proven track record of working with products that have active user bases (MAU/WAU) and a comprehensive understanding of product metrics and user behavior.
• Practical experience collaborating on: API integrations, backend-driven architectures, and payment and payout flows (balances, transactions, withdrawals).
• A product-oriented mindset with the ability to convert business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Experience or a strong interest in offline and digital products, partner/agent networks, and retail or merchant ecosystems.
• Willingness to take ownership and advance into a product leadership role.
• Capability to work in complex, cross-functional environments and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English to effectively work with documentation and international stakeholders.
• Relocation to Manila is required.
