Business Analyst – Private Pension

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison among business, operations, compliance, regulatory, and technology teams.

• Analyze and convert SUSEP regulatory requirements, particularly those related to the SRO, into both functional and technical specifications for development.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and functional documentation.

• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and refinement sessions with stakeholders.

• Assist in prioritizing and managing the backlog in collaboration with the squad.

• Conduct impact analyses of regulatory modifications and system advancements.

• Ensure traceability between requirements, development, testing, and final deliveries.

• Aid in functional validations and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Advocate for best practices in business analysis and ongoing process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst.

• Proven expertise in the Private Pension sector.

• In-depth knowledge of processes, products, and regulations within the Private Pension market.

• Familiarity with SUSEP regulatory requirements.

• Hands-on experience with the SRO structure and its regulatory responsibilities.

• Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Capability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

• Proficient with requirements and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
