Business Analyst – Pre-Sales, Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the pre-sales process, which includes analyzing requirements, designing solutions, developing proposals, negotiating with clients, and successfully closing deals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for both the client and the project team.

• Ensure seamless execution, provide client training, and drive project success.

• Create Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), UML diagrams, and documents outlining solution architecture.

• Work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions.

• Lead presentations and demonstrations of the proposed solutions.

• Prepare comprehensive proposals detailing the scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.

• Track project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Conduct training sessions to facilitate effective adoption of the solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in roles such as Developer Lead, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, with over 3 years in the U.S. market.

• Practical experience in custom application development, especially on AWS and Google Cloud platforms.

• Proficient in technologies including Node.js, Python, React.js, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, DynamoDB, Serverless Architecture, and Microservices.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. Government and State regulations covering areas like financial compliance, AML, KYC, digital identity verification, investor verification, payment processing (ACH, Credit Card), cryptocurrency regulations, taxation laws, healthcare, fintech, and privacy laws.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and principles of project management.

• Capability to create and manage BRS, SRS, UML diagrams, and solution architecture documentation.

• Demonstrated success in leading pre-sales initiatives and closing deals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments to ensure successful project delivery.

• Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications.
