Business Analyst – Platform & Orchestration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and platform requirements, converting them into functional specifications.

• Analyze and support platform components, which include orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management.

• Serve as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Assist with workflow orchestration and configurations within low-code platforms.

• Help define and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models and policies.

• Contribute to the definition of policies and logic for the decision layer.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to regional and regulatory standards.

• Assess and enhance platform usability and user experience patterns.

• Engage in project planning, tracking, and support for delivery.

• Create test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate the functionality of the platform.

• Prepare and maintain various documentation, including requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-implementation reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.

• Practical or theoretical experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration.

• Knowledge of policy engines and decision-making frameworks.

• Basic understanding of RBAC design and access management models.

• Experience or familiarity with concepts and tools related to workflow orchestration.

• Awareness of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements on both regional and global scales.

• Familiarity with user experience patterns and user-centric design principles.

• Strong analytical skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to convert business needs into functional specifications.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
