This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collect and assess client requirements for the deployment of our integrated solution.
• Record business and operational necessities within the framework of implementation and workflow automation.
• Analyze and map business processes, ensuring alignment with the data utilized across various pension plan management systems (such as payroll systems, pension calculations, financial transactions, document management, and telephony).
• Work in conjunction with solution architects, functional leads, and the development team to design and evaluate new solutions.
• Establish testing scope and criteria, collaborating closely with the quality assurance team throughout execution.
• Assist in the creation or redesign of reports and communications that facilitate processes and procedures.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding implemented modifications.
• A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field, such as pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation.
• Expertise in current computer technologies.
• Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• 100% remote work arrangement with travel required for essential meetings.
• Long-term engagement in enterprise-level projects with significant exposure to various business modules (Pension, Health & Welfare, Payroll, Finance).
