This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payments and fraud, along with performance reporting and analysis following the launch of new payment features and experiments.
• Create and optimize SQL queries to identify trends, anomalies, and potential revenue opportunities.
• Convert complex data into straightforward, actionable insights for business leaders.
• Design and sustain dashboards to track fraud trends, payment declines, and the overall health of payment systems.
• Offer analytical assistance to enhance fraud detection methods and decision-making processes.
• Assess the effectiveness of fraud rules, oversee alerts, and propose data-informed enhancements.
• Investigate the factors leading to payment declines and identify opportunities for recovery and optimization.
• Share performance insights, conduct root cause analyses, and communicate mitigation strategies across various teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, particularly in payments and fraud.
• Proficient in SQL with experience handling large, intricate datasets.
• Demonstrated capability to provide business insights and performance-oriented recommendations.
• Experience in creating dashboards and reporting using Tableau.
• Preferably familiar with card-not-present (CNP) subscription-based payment systems.
• Previous experience with Cybersource Decision Manager or similar fraud decision tools is preferred.
