Business Analyst – No-Code

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop user interfaces for applications utilizing no-code design tools.

• Automate server logic through no-code business process tools and BPMN notation.

• Design web services and create RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces for system integration.

• Set up webhook services with authentication, data management, and logging capabilities.

• Create database architectures, including tables, relationships, and data fields, using the Creatio Objects designer.

• Break down User Stories into actionable no-code development tasks.

• Perform market analysis on competitors, industry trends, and analyst reports to uncover opportunities for product enhancement.

• Conduct interviews with end users or solution consultants to collect customer insights and product requirements.

• Work in tandem with Quality Assurance Engineers on both manual and automated testing.

• Use Git/SVN for version control and management of application changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and research activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and gathering business requirements.

• Familiarity with database management concepts, including T-SQL principles, data queuing, relationships, view models, indexes, joins, and sub-selects.

• Strong knowledge of BPMN notation principles.

• Proven track record of working within software development teams or serving as a business analyst for IT projects.

• Practical experience in configuring information systems using UI-based tools.

• Robust understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methodologies.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to new UI tools and technologies.

• Proficiency in English for conducting interviews and collaborating with international stakeholders.

• Experience with CRM, BPM, or No-Code Platform/System is advantageous.

• Coding skills would be beneficial.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar UI prototyping software is a plus.
