Business Analyst – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Transform business requirements into precise, comprehensive, and actionable guidelines.

• Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements from start to finish.

• Detect gaps, uncertainties, dependencies, edge cases, and possible risks.

• Investigate potential solutions and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape them.

• Organize and facilitate grooming sessions prior to development commencement.

• Create and sustain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Foster a shared understanding among Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, QA, and other stakeholders.

• Juggle multiple concurrent tasks while preserving context and meeting commitments.

• Proactively communicate risks and obstacles.

• Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, requirements refinement, and documentation while validating outputs and taking ownership of the final results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Familiarity with B2C digital products and/or those with a substantial user base.

• Exceptional skills in requirements analysis and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to convert ambiguous needs into clear and actionable requirements.

• Ownership mentality with the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.

• Strong focus on detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

• Knowledge of frontend/mobile and backend system interactions.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Proficiency in explaining complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience with AI tools and the capability to integrate them into Business Analysis activities.

• Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level.

• Experience with mobile products, health technology, wellness, or fitness products is an advantage.

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Figma is a bonus.
