This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Engage with both internal and external clients: from the initial contact to the delivery of the final solution.
• Collect, analyze, and systematize business requirements, identifying the actual needs of the business based on requests.
• Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with business users.
• Manage client expectations regarding functionality, implementation timelines, and platform limitations.
• Present completed solutions, gather and process feedback.
• Develop functional specifications, technical tasks, and describe business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).
• Decompose requirements into User Stories and Tasks with acceptance criteria.
• Describe integration scenarios, data flows, and interactions between systems.
• Create role and access rights matrices for solutions based on Dataverse.
• Collaborate with the development team: clarify requirements, participate in planning and prioritization of the backlog.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside clients.
• Analyze defects, create bug reports, and ensure that implemented functionalities meet the requirements.
• Participate in Sprint Reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, knowledge bases, and create user instructions.
• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions and prepare reports for management regarding project statuses, risks, and metrics.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT.
• Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in a corporate environment.
• Experience in describing business processes and creating functional specifications and technical tasks.
• Ability to decompose requirements into User Stories and formulate acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of low-code platforms to set tasks accurately.
• Basic understanding of Dataverse: tables, relationships, security models, and access roles.
• Understanding of system integration principles: REST API, Connectors, Data Flows.
• Experience working with SharePoint as a documentation platform and data source.
• Practical experience with documentation and task management tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Planner).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Higher education in IT, business analysis, management, or related fields.
• Fluent in Ukrainian.
• Intermediate English (B1) for working with documentation and communicating with vendors.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
