This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of analyzing and reporting on marketplace performance across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and TEMU.
• Discover opportunities to enhance sales, boost visibility, and refine product assortment.
• Assist in strategizing pricing, promotions, advertising efforts, and inventory management within marketplace channels.
• Create and uphold dashboards and KPI reports focusing on critical metrics including sales, traffic, conversions, ad spend ROI, buy box %, and customer behavior.
• Evaluate marketplace trends and competitor performance to guide strategic decision-making.
• Employ SQL, Excel/Sheets, Python/R, or BI tools (such as Tableau and Power BI) to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance product content, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
• Ensure product listings are thoroughly optimized with high-quality content, relevant keywords, and adherence to marketplace policies.
• Analyze advertising performance across channels like Amazon PPC, Walmart Ads, and TEMU promotions.
• Suggest bidding strategies, keyword targets, and budget allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with the Finance team to project marketplace revenue and profitability.
• Work with Supply Chain to oversee inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and FBA/WFS processes.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve marketplace-specific issues and gather feedback.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of analytical experience in eCommerce or marketplace settings.
• High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, and/or TEMU Seller tools.
• Capability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Experience with Power BI or SQL is preferred.
• Previous experience in promotional products, retail, or consumer goods is also preferred.
