Business Analyst Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee business analysis initiatives that support solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, discovery meetings, and evaluations of business processes.

• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.

• Work in collaboration with architects, developers, testers, and configuration teams to elucidate requirements and address issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or Computer Science.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst on a large-scale complex IT project within regulatory, licensing, and compliance systems.

• At least 2 years of experience supervising a team of business analysts.

• A minimum of 2 years leading business analysis activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
