Business Analyst Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations to facilitate operational and strategic decision-making.

• Evaluate business processes, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and create data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contribute to strategy and transformation projects through research, business analysis, business case development, and the preparation of executive-ready presentations.

• Aid in project management activities, including planning, workshop preparation, stakeholder coordination, action tracking, and documentation.

• Assist with reporting, automation, and transformation initiatives within the Presales organization.

• Collaborate with management, operational teams, and subject-matter experts throughout Switzerland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's student (or recent graduate) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related area of study.

• Recent graduates should have completed their degree within the last 12 months.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Capacity to organize complex topics and extract meaningful insights from data.

• Enthusiasm for reporting, business analytics, process optimization, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders across different teams and hierarchical levels.

• A structured, curious, and eager-to-learn approach.

• Proficient in written and spoken German and English.

• French language skills are considered an advantage.
