⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8+ years of IT experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related role.

• Strong knowledge of the Insurance sector, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

• Exceptional understanding of requirements and advanced analytical capabilities.

• Demonstrated, practical experience in Agile methodologies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Technologist DNA: A profound understanding of the distinction between "coding" and "engineering."

• Proficient in advanced Oral English.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish.
