This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the gathering of requirements for intricate, multi-stakeholder projects through interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
• Take ownership of the complete translation of business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate the definition of scope, mapping of dependencies, and development of success metrics in collaboration with operations leadership.
• Conduct independent analyses of complex datasets to uncover insights, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Direct the design of enterprise-level dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage comprehensive workflow documentation for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Spearhead future-state workflow design in collaboration with Process Improvement.
• Establish and uphold documentation standards and templates for the Business Analyst (BA) practice.
• Lead cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and working groups.
• Act as the primary liaison among business owners, the PMO, Technology, Data, and Process Improvement teams.
• Drive the definition and validation of readiness criteria across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, planning, test scripting, defect tracking, and validation for complex projects.
• Lead the creation of implementation documentation, including updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user impact summaries.
• Mentor BA I and BA II colleagues in best practices for requirements and facilitation.
• Develop and present executive-level requirements packets, decision briefs, and recommendations.
• Foster stakeholder alignment and consensus regarding complex or contested requirements.
• Provide thought leadership on BA best practices and promote continuous improvement within the BA function.
• A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, operational strategy, or project/business systems consulting.
• In-depth expertise in transforming ambiguity into structured requirements and actionable deliverables.
• Advanced skills in workflow and documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
• Strong background in Agile environments and experience working with cross-functional project teams.
• Exceptional skills in facilitation, communication, and relationship building.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Keen attention to detail, a systems thinking approach, and a strong sense of ownership.
