Business Analyst I/II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain the Sales and Distribution module within SAP ECC.

• Collaborate with IT teams to facilitate software integration with SAP.

• Assist business users in processing sales order entries, dealer quotations, and shipping tasks.

• Utilize SAP features and functionalities to address business challenges and improve Toro’s sales processes.

• Create and sustain SD functionalities that enhance the overall user experience.

• Deploy standard SAP solutions in accordance with SAP best practices.

• Engage in project teams focused on implementing new functionalities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to strategize, develop, and implement new SD functionalities.

• Receive training under a senior SD analyst to understand how SD functionalities are applied at Toro.

• Perform support tasks and proactively resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP SD.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field along with over four (4) years of relevant experience, or eight (8) years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• Familiarity with SAP SD order-to-cash processes.

• Experience in creating product hierarchies.

• Knowledge of customer setup and functionalities.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical users to accomplish tasks.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
