Business Analyst II – Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving business initiatives by conducting data analysis, recognizing implementation challenges, and overseeing user acceptance testing for new systems.

• Evaluate and analyze user needs, workflows, and issues to enhance current processes.

• Carry out comprehensive analysis on designated projects, propose viable business solutions, and support implementation efforts.

• Discover opportunities to improve performance management and operational reporting concerning new business implementation processes.

• Create and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Spearhead problem-solving and coordination activities across different business units.

• Aid in the formulation and revision of departmental policies and procedures.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all company policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Strong business insight and the capability to comprehend clinical and operational needs is advantageous.

• Prior experience in project coordination, requirements gathering, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting executive-level summaries and status updates, are strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in translating detailed findings into clear business implications, including potential impacts on members, is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Project management experience is preferred.
