This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for iGaming software platforms and associated systems.
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, regulatory requirements, risks, and dependencies.
• Convert business, regulatory, and customer needs into well-defined user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a unified understanding of requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Actively engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Validate the functionalities delivered, ensuring they align with defined requirements, quality standards, and user expectations.
• Ensure that products adhere to iGaming regulations, security standards, and responsible gaming policies.
• Collect feedback from internal teams, clients, and end users to foster continuous product improvement.
• Track product performance and contribute to data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a product-oriented role within the iGaming or online entertainment sector, or in transactional systems such as reservation platforms, FinTech, or banking.
• Comprehensive understanding of iGaming platforms, system integrations (wallets, payment providers, game studios), and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to prioritize efficiently and navigate competing demands in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Robust analytical mindset focused on delivering business value and enhancing user satisfaction.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
