Business Analyst I, II, III – Personal & Commercial Residential Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with Underwriting, Product, Operations, Compliance, Claims, and Technology departments.

• Convert underwriting and/or claims guidelines into actionable system requirements.

• Develop user stories, business process diagrams, and requirement documentation.

• Diagnose system issues and facilitate resolution with IT and development teams.

• Engage in or lead requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.

• Professional background in the Property & Casualty Homeowners and/or Residential Commercial insurance sector, performing as a Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing business challenges and formulating effective solutions.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical personnel.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies or sprint-based delivery frameworks.
