Business Analyst – Health Plan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee business requirements for small to medium-sized projects or contribute to larger, more complex initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend and assess objectives, underlying challenges, and business cases.

• Facilitate the scoping of projects and prioritize business needs.

• Explore business requirements, challenges, and opportunities while consulting with stakeholders.

• Take ownership of and manage both functional and nonfunctional business requirements.

• Ensure traceability of requirements across various stakeholders.

• Evaluate requirements for suitability, alignment with business objectives, and consistency.

• Provide insights to test analysts regarding requirements that should be included in test cases.

• Work autonomously with minimal daily supervision.

• Manage work priorities and schedules effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Capability to work independently with little direction in day-to-day tasks.

• Ability to identify methods and approaches within established standard procedures.

• Proficiency in managing work priorities and timelines.

• Experience or capability in handling both functional and nonfunctional business requirements.

• Skill in analyzing requirements for alignment with business objectives, consistency, and fitness for purpose.
