Business Analyst, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and convert business needs into detailed requirements, while aiding in solution definition and impact assessment.

• Create user stories, functional specifications, and the necessary documentation for project execution.

• Track project advancement and ensure consistent follow-up on actions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Participate in project committees and collaborative meetings with project contributors and key stakeholders.

• Establish the acceptance strategy, validate functional test cases, assist in test execution, and oversee testing activities.

• Anticipate and handle actions related to product evolutions, ensuring effective coordination and alignment with business objectives.

• Offer solution support, including documentation, training for support teams, and level 3 functional support when needed.

• Work closely with development teams, including CSE, nearshore teams, and other contributors involved in delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate efforts with IT partners responsible for interfacing or dependent applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst within a banking context, with a strong understanding of the credit and operations sector highly valued.

• Capability to comprehend intricate business processes and convert them into functional requirements, user stories, and clear project documentation.

• Familiarity with basic SQL queries and the ability to utilize API query tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar solutions.

• Proven experience in an Agile setting, employing tools like JIRA and XRAY for requirements, delivery, and testing processes.

• High degree of autonomy, accountability, meticulousness, and organizational skills in managing responsibilities and follow-up actions.

• Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to engage, influence, and align key stakeholders around proposed strategies, process enhancements, and operational decisions.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory, both written and spoken, with the capacity to participate in French-only meetings and interact directly with French-speaking business users and stakeholders.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international IT environment.
