This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate the practical functioning of operational processes.
• Identify ambiguous decision points, exceptions, and risks associated with dependencies.
• Develop clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation in a uniform format.
• Convert decision points and process knowledge into decision trees and rules libraries.
• Determine the actions required when the standard workflow encounters disruptions.
• Specify ownership for each step, identify backup personnel, and establish escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with process owners and users to confirm the accuracy of real-world workflow logic.
• Assist in pilot implementations and enhance process continuity over time.
• Contribute to making processes more scalable, transferrable, and ready for AI integration.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, finance operations, process documentation, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient written communication skills.
• Competence in utilizing templates and standard frameworks.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and in remote work settings.
• Preferred experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general accounting, in shared services or finance support processes.
• Familiarity with workflow systems or ERP-based environments.
• Experience in developing SOPs, quality control, or process enhancement.
