Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

• Collect, assess, document, and verify business requirements.

• Create business process diagrams, workflows, and solution documentation.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as implementations and deployments.

• Supervise daily Service Desk triage to ensure compliance with SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Enterprise Applications, or Application Support.

• Proven experience in supporting ERP or enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with Service Desk and ticketing systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
