Business Analyst – E-Commerce Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Act as the vital link between the client’s business stakeholders and the engineering team.

• Participate in the delivery of a white-label B2B e-commerce platform for a prominent US-based company in the promotional products sector.

• Engage in a high-complexity Brownfield modernization initiative that connects with various legacy systems (ERP, inventory, pricing) and global marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.

• Ensure effective alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

• Take pleasure in resolving intricate technical challenges across multiple domains and enhancing entire systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on software delivery initiatives, preferably in agile/scrum settings.

• Demonstrated capability to convert complex business requirements into well-structured, developer-ready specifications (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).

• Experience in facilitating workshops and discovery meetings with a blend of technical and non-technical participants.

• Comfortable operating across backend and frontend areas — able to engage effectively with engineers regarding API contracts, data flows, and service dependencies.

• Proven track record in maintaining requirements traceability using tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

• Strong analytical skills: ability to detect gaps, ambiguities, and conflicts in requirements before they escalate into delivery risks.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English — capable of producing clear, concise documentation and communicating confidently with stakeholders.

• Experience in brownfield or platform modernization projects, including assessing legacy system behavior and assisting with migration planning.
