• Engage in structured dialogues with business owners and collaboratively enhance current offerings.

• Evaluate business models, services, and sales structures, identifying any ambiguities or missing frameworks.

• Simplify complex discussions to their core elements and transform findings into a coherent structure.

• Co-create consulting services, methodologies, and offer components alongside clients.

• Organize existing services into transparent consulting offerings with defined objectives, approaches, and outcomes.

• Accurately document meeting outcomes and formulate specific strategic recommendations.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the ZWW system and the requirements associated with government-funded business consulting.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• Proficient in articulating complex issues clearly and precisely.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.

• Ability to swiftly identify interconnections.

• Skilled in actively leading discussions and steering them towards tangible outcomes.

• Confident demeanor when interacting with business owners.

• Capability to pose critical follow-up questions.

• Understanding of business models, sales processes, and company structures or the ability to quickly adapt to new industries.

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, project work, or facilitating client meetings is advantageous.

• A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, or a related field is suitable but not mandatory.
