📋 Description

• Facilitate structured discussions with business owners and collaborate with them on their current offerings.

• Evaluate business models, services, and sales frameworks.

• Detect ambiguities or unclear frameworks.

• Distill complex discussions and convert outcomes into clear frameworks.

• Collaborate with clients to further enhance consulting services, methodologies, and components of offerings.

• Organize services into transparent consulting proposals that outline clear objectives, approaches, and deliverables.

• Document conversation outcomes and formulate specific strategic recommendations.

• Acquaint yourself with the ZWW system and the prerequisites for funded business consulting.

• Assist in strategic projects with international clients.

• Proficient German language skills.

• Capacity to articulate complex issues clearly and write with precision.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.

• Capability to actively lead conversations and ensure tangible results.

• Confident demeanor when engaging with business owners and the ability to pose critical questions.

• Familiarity with business models, sales, and organizational structures, or the aptitude to rapidly learn in new sectors.

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, project work, or moderating client discussions is advantageous.

• A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
