Business Analyst, DA&AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the process of gathering business requirements and converting them into technical specifications for the data and analytics teams.

• Assess current workflows to find areas where automation, efficiency, or improved data integration can be implemented.

• Operate within the Agile framework to create user stories and acceptance criteria for forthcoming development cycles.

• Aid in the creation of source to target maps (STTM) to assist developers in their work.

• Contribute to the design of Power BI dashboards that enable business stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Help verify that the technical solutions provided align with the original business requirements through thorough testing and feedback loops.

• Participate in regular sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

• Utilize AI agents and provide input to enhance and refine the model's output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong critical thinking skills with the capability to distill complex information into simpler terms.

• Basic knowledge of data concepts and familiarity with SQL.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
