📋 Description

• Convert business needs and requirements into well-organized and clear deliverables.

• Develop and articulate comprehensive requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Project Management (PL) and the Product Owner (PO).

• Actively engage with business units and architecture to guarantee a smooth end-to-end solution.

• Assist in the conceptual and design phase for the digitization of contract management.

• Ensure that documentation is appropriate for the audience and maintain traceability of outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong proficiency in requirements management.

• Solid skills in process analysis and modeling.

• Ability to produce structured, precise, and clear documentation.

• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including business units, IT, and project management.

• Independent, analytical, and solution-focused work style.

• Business-fluent German is required, along with good English proficiency.
