Business Analyst, CMS-HIOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate sessions to gather requirements with product owners.

• Examine and break down high-level regulatory, operational, and user requirements.

• Create and uphold documentation for requirements.

• Oversee and enhance the Jira backlog.

• Generate and sustain comprehensive story descriptions and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in Agile delivery ceremonies while ensuring robust requirements traceability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in support of software development or modernization projects.

• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation within complex multi-system environments.

• Expertise in Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in supporting Agile delivery teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities.

• Capacity to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust designation.
