Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of digital health and information systems within the healthcare industry.

• Gather and document both business and technical requirements.

• Analyze business processes and identify areas where capabilities are lacking.

• Collaborate closely with clinical and technical stakeholders throughout the system implementation process.

• Provide support for implementations across various hospitals.

• Collect configuration and technical requirements from clinical stakeholders.

• Configure Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications for hospitals.

• Implement solutions for Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR).

• Operate effectively in a remote working environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis supporting information system implementation projects.

• Proficient in business process mapping, requirements documentation, and capability gap analysis.

• Skilled in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.

• A minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis experience in a healthcare setting.

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing projects across multiple hospitals.

• Experience in collecting technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications.

• More than 3 years of experience with EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation.

• Background in healthcare information systems implementation and process enhancement.

• Strong track record of collaborating with clinical and technical stakeholders.

• Possession of a valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.

• Valid Prosci ADKAR Organizational Change Management certification is required.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Excellent documentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Availability for full-time work from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027.

• Must work remotely from within Canada.
