This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance on solutions for client, broker, and TPA inquiries, enhancements, and growth strategies
• Facilitate process discovery and task development with cross-functional teams
• Record and transition business processes to CRM, BI, or other systems
• Coordinate agile project teams through all phases
• Create regression test plans and oversee user acceptance testing
• Encourage the adoption and standardization of business processes
• Educate team members on CRM, BI, and emerging technologies
• Assist with CRM and BI processes, including troubleshooting
• Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring completion within time and budget constraints
• Keep comprehensive documentation of processes and technical designs
• Collaborate with IT to support Business Development, Client Success, and Operations
• Oversee internal and external processes, client reporting, and management reporting
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business analytics or a related discipline
• More than 3 years of experience in business analytics
• Strong comprehension of business processes
• Experience with Agile/Sprint Planning project management methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL for self-service analysis or quality assurance
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including database servers, ETL pipelines, SDLC, cloud architectures, programming languages, object-oriented principles, API concepts, system integrations, and data structures
• Effective communication abilities with senior management and the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization and analysis
• Proactive attitude and readiness to seek clarification
• Strong understanding of database concepts and capability to collaborate with data analysts and developers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on business requirements
• Basic knowledge of software development and ability to create simple programs for data extraction and analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn about Pharmacy Benefit Management industry processes
• Experience in PBM, pharmacy, healthcare, claims, or pharmacy network is highly desirable
