This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Recognize, assess, interpret, analyze, and clarify the UI/UX needs of clients.
• Create UI/UX requirements documentation that fulfills client specifications.
• Convey UI/UX requirements to cross-functional team members and management effectively.
• Track and report on project status and progress throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Support research and documentation regarding the influence of previous projects on future deliverables.
• Ensure that changes to static content are documented and identified for necessary language translations.
• Add and update multi-language static content via a cloud-based Content Management System (CMS).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years working as a Business Analyst within a software development setting.
• At least one (1) year of experience as a User Experience Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with one or more software development methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile.
• A comprehensive understanding of all phases of the project life cycle process.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is an advantage.
• Exceptional verbal, writing/documentation, communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while continuously assessing and reordering priorities.
• Proficiency in using software and peripherals pertinent to job responsibilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Skill in moderating discussions and managing diverse viewpoints.
• Capability to write effectively across various contexts and for different audiences.
• Proficient in understanding complex data and identifying underlying issues.
• Ability to articulate decision rationale and potential outcomes clearly.
