This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Define, analyze, and document the business requirements for extensive enterprise integration projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to convert needs into clear functional documents that guide delivery teams.

• Gather, define, and document both business and integration requirements for enterprise software initiatives.

• Develop process maps, use cases, and related analytical artifacts to aid in solution design and implementation.

• Work alongside stakeholders and SMEs to research, validate, and refine requirements and assumptions.

• Analyze and map the data exchanged between systems; identify gaps, dependencies, and downstream effects.

• Document data transformation, cleansing rules, and validation logic to ensure accurate system integration.

• Clearly and frequently communicate progress, decisions, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.

• Assist in testing and implementation readiness by ensuring that requirements are complete, traceable, and testable.

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis supporting large enterprise integration projects.

• Strong understanding of the Workers’ Compensation domain.

• Demonstrated ability to define requirements for software projects, including process flows, use cases, and business rules.

• Capability to analyze complex issues, synthesize findings, and recommend actionable next steps.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide regular, clear updates to various stakeholders.

• Practical experience in mapping and comprehending data exchanged and transformed between integrated systems.

• Experience in documenting transformation rules, such as field length changes, format standardization, and cleansing rules.

• Familiarity with Filevine and/or relevant legacy platforms that support similar operational workflows.
