Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Define, develop, and/or implement technology controls and information security-related policies, programs, and tools.

• Offer specialized expertise and guidance in assessing risks, identifying potential gaps, and delivering security solutions to mitigate risks and safeguard the Bank.

• Engage in projects of moderate to high complexity.

• Deliver intricate reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line, or enterprise level.

• Participate in complex, comprehensive, or large-scale projects and initiatives.

• Serve as a leading expert resource in technology controls, information security, and risk issues for project teams, the business/organization, and external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Information security certification/accreditation is a valuable asset.

• Over 7 years of relevant experience.

• Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices.

• Experience in creating professional business and technical documentation.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• Experience presenting to external clients, vendors, or business partners.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Strong organizational skills and project coordination capabilities.

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across various stakeholder groups.
