• Develop and enhance scalable systems, products, and processes to improve customer support and value delivery.

• Lead the execution of multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects and/or programs.

• Set timelines effectively and manage teams to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in program management or similar roles within high-performing product organizations.

• Strong interpersonal abilities that empower you to influence others without formal authority.

• A demonstrated ability to successfully organize, implement, and oversee complex programs and projects.

• A keen interest in AI systems — direct experience with AI/ML is a plus but not mandatory.
