Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Construct and uphold dashboards and performance metrics utilizing tools like Looker and Sheets/Excel.

• Evaluate campaign outcomes and A/B tests, converting data into practical recommendations.

• Examine customer profiles, usage patterns, and product engagement pathways.

• Formulate both quantitative and qualitative hypotheses regarding gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention processes.

• Track business metrics (revenue, TPV, churn, product adoption) and create alerts for any anomalies.

• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, etc.) in the implementation and assessment of initiatives.

• Aid in the economic and operational evaluation of engagement strategies, including ROI and payback predictions.

• Ensure the consistency and reliability of data sources and dashboards utilized by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Business Analytics or analogous positions.

• Proficient in advanced SQL for the extraction and manipulation of extensive datasets.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar).

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.

• Understanding of applied statistics and experimentation (A/B testing).

• Knowledge of financial business metrics (TPV, ARPU, margin, churn, incremental revenue).

• Preferred: basic understanding of corporate finance and FP&A.

• Availability for an 8-hour workday plus a 1-hour break, on a 5x2 schedule from Monday to Friday.
