• At least 8+ years of IT experience, particularly in a Business Analyst role.

• Strong expertise in the Insurance industry.

• Knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

• Exceptional skills in requirement analysis and understanding.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies.

• Strong resilience and emotional intelligence.

• Emphasis on agile delivery.

• Thorough understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Proficient in advanced oral English.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish.
