Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Become a Business Analyst with us, transforming data into insightful information, coordinating supplier schedules, and assisting teams with organized, dependable, partner-oriented analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both oral and written communication, capable of conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Skilled in planning, scheduling, and monitoring tasks to achieve time and quality objectives.

• Effective in facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.

• Capable of selecting the appropriate standards, methods, tools, and applications as needed.

• Understands and demonstrates the significance of security in their work and the organization's operations, seeking specialized security knowledge or advice when necessary to support their own tasks or those of immediate colleagues.

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with exposure to Project Management.

• Experienced in project environments.

• Proven capability and experience in leading a business initiative, including in-depth processes and systems design.

• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficient in Scope Definition, Business Requirements, User Stories, processes, data, traceability, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
