This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +13 more states.
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Evaluate, validate, and analyze data utilizing tools such as Excel and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Data Analysts to efficiently address issues.
• Conduct data quality assessments, reconciliations, and validations.
• Oversee data workflows and detect anomalies.
• Diligently track, log, and report time and progress.
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the ongoing enhancement of data processes and operational efficiency.
• 1-3 years of experience in a role such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Process Specialist, or an equivalent position.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and execute queries.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling, data organization, and ETL principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Expertise in Excel and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Capability to convey complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
