Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess pricing initiatives and commercial strategies, creating models to enhance revenue generation and evaluate business impact.

• Examine customer profitability, margins, and sales costs to discover efficiencies, cost-saving measures, and growth potential.

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to reveal trends and convert intricate datasets into actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and analytics teams to establish requirements and facilitate effective data models for commercial and financial reporting.

• Develop, maintain, and improve BI dashboards and visualizations.

• Work alongside Finance, Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations teams to transform insights into actions and monitor long-term effects.

• Promote data-driven decision-making while enhancing analytical processes and ensuring data accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Data or Business Analysis, preferably in a technology or SaaS setting.

• Familiarity with finance, pricing, margin analysis, or payment systems is advantageous.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.

• Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Omni, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Capability to creatively and resourcefully address ambiguous data challenges.

• Ability to analyze complex commercial models and convert data into impactful recommendations.

• Skill to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong aptitude for data accuracy and calculation.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with intricate challenges.
