This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Collect and document business and platform requirements from stakeholders, converting them into functional specifications suitable for both development and support scenarios.
• Serve as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams throughout the PRD and the Managed Competence Center, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Assist in workflow orchestration and configurations on low-code platforms.
• Aid in documenting and maintaining RBAC models, policies, and decision layer logic.
• Contribute to the delivery of Knowledge Assets, including runbooks, UAT test cases, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation.
• Help differentiate and document bug reports versus feature requests, supporting appropriate triage and escalation processes.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to regional and regulatory standards.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and governance meetings at both operational and tactical levels.
• Prepare and uphold documentation that includes requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Practical or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configurations.
• Knowledge of policy engines and decision-making frameworks.
• Basic understanding of RBAC design and access management models.
• Experience in both product development and managed services environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (both regional and global).
• Awareness of UX patterns and principles of user-centric design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple teams concurrently.
• Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
• Nice to have: Exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms.
• Experience with documentation for contact centers, IVR, or telephony platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS platform support workflows and SLA-driven environments.
• Experience in creating runbooks or technical knowledge base content.
