Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support for reporting and analytical requirements associated with Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care, or Credentialing operations.

• Create reports while standardizing, simplifying, and automating processes.

• Develop reports and queries, and conduct data mining from various data sources.

• Perform ad hoc business analysis and propose effective solutions.

• Assist in the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial outlook.

• Oversee projects from initiation to execution.

• Clearly communicate analytical insights to both internal and external customers.

• Generate and distribute necessary weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports punctually.

• Construct precise analytical models utilizing best practices, customer requirements, and agreed-upon standards.

• Present results in a clear and concise manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in large-scale business intelligence and/or analytics.

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector and insurance payer reimbursement analysis.

• Understanding of Accounting regulations and Financial Reporting.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, VBA automation routines, SQL, other ODBC databases, and report writing software.

• Capability to extract and present insightful information from extensive data sets.

• Experience in leading and presenting analytical outcomes.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and issues effectively.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Physical capability to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear; frequently walk; and lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
