Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze and comprehend client business needs related to collections management and portfolio segmentation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance business performance.

• Assist clients during the System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases by offering guidance, training, and documentation to promote complete system ownership.

• Achieve tangible business impact by converting product functionalities into quantifiable outcomes.

• Tailor presentations to suit various client profiles—from executives to end users—emphasizing the most pertinent business advantages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, ICT, or a related technical discipline (A Master’s degree is regarded as an advantage).

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience in business analysis or software application consulting, particularly in the Banking or Finance sector.

• Demonstrated ability to convert complex business requirements into technical/software specifications, along with strong system configuration skills to ensure compliance with best practices and client goals.

• Extensive experience in creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRSs), process flows, training materials, and user manuals.

• Exceptional client-facing abilities, capable of training users, facilitating workshops, and guiding clients through the system adoption process.

• Proficient command of the English language.

• Proficiency in the French language will be considered an advantage.

• Capability to operate under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel (up to 30% annually under normal conditions).
