Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Aid in documenting business and product requirements based on client specifications.

• Assist in the creation and execution of test cases for Quality Assurance processes.

• Engage in system testing and validation of modifications.

• Help reproduce reported issues to facilitate debugging and resolution.

• Support proof-of-concept initiatives to comprehend system functionalities.

• Take part in client meetings as a contributing team member.

• Acquire knowledge of actuarial and insurance concepts pertinent to supported products.

• Contribute to internal documentation, projects, and sales initiatives as directed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–3 years of applicable experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Basic understanding of insurance or financial services principles.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.

• Familiarity with requirements documentation, testing, or system implementation processes.

• Fundamental understanding of insurance or financial services concepts.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Eagerness to learn technical systems and actuarial terminology.

• Internship or early career experience in the insurance or financial services sector (preferred).

• Knowledge of business requirement documents, functional specifications, or test case documentation (preferred).

• Experience with Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing (preferred).

• Background in working on small to medium-sized projects as part of a team (preferred).
