Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with manufacturing operations, engineering, finance, and Information Technology to identify requirements.

• Oversee evaluations and reporting across various functions.

• Assist with strategic initiatives, including business case assessments for new projects, project status updates, and post-project evaluations.

• Integrate multiple data sources to enhance business analytics.

• Lead and perform both internal and external data analyses, offering insightful recommendations.

• Collect and analyze business requirements in collaboration with site leaders, finance, engineering, operations, internal stakeholders, and partners.

• Aid in data compilation to support informed business decisions and ensure operational efficiency.

• Assist in the collection, maintenance, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Offer comprehensive project cost/benefit analyses.

• Create and deliver presentations to internal business teams and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.

• 3-6 years of analytical experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or financial setting.

• Proficient in computer applications, notably Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong analytical abilities that support and enhance supply chain strategies and objectives.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capacity to cultivate strategic relationships across various functions and locations, including senior leadership.

• Experience in developing presentations and presenting to management and internal teams is preferred.

• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and project management methodologies is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
