This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the requirements discovery process with ABMC stakeholders and create Requirements Summary documents that outline functional needs, acceptance criteria, and boundaries that are out of scope for each sprint.
• Create Functional Design documents that convert business requirements into application-level specifications for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Oversee the sprint backlog during monthly and bimonthly planning cycles, collaborating with the Project Manager and Senior Dynamics Developer on prioritization, effort estimation, and defining sprint scope.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with ABMC stakeholders by documenting defect findings, managing defect resolution tracking, and ensuring that contractor-caused defects are remedied at no extra cost.
• Prepare and keep Backlog and Iteration Plans updated, ensuring that documentation is always current and accessible to ABMC.
• Assist in the Application Inventory deliverable by recording application metadata, data flows, interface points, security roles, configuration decisions, and release history.
• Ensure that all deliverables and application outputs comply with Section 508 accessibility standards before being submitted for ABMC acceptance.
• Collaborate with the Senior Dynamics Developer and Project Manager on sprint velocity reporting and provide status updates for the Monthly Contract Status Report.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and seven or more years of directly relevant experience in application development and business analysis will be accepted in place of the degree requirement.
• Over 5 years of experience as a business analyst in application development or systems integration projects.
• At least two years of experience in supporting Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Proven ability to generate government-deliverable documentation, such as Requirements Summaries, Functional Designs, Test Plans, and Release Notes.
• Experience in working within sprint-based delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) with structured backlog management and iteration planning.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar backlog and project tracking tools.
• Experience in coordinating user acceptance testing with non-technical government stakeholders, including defect documentation and resolution tracking.
