Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intricate datasets to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency

• Utilize SQL to retrieve data and conduct comprehensive analyses

• Create and sustain Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor business performance

• Ensure that visualizations effectively convey key insights

• Employ R or Python for statistical analysis and predictive modeling

• Detect bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to propose solutions and oversee their implementation

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define and execute business strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

• Strong experience with Tableau for developing dashboards and reports

• Practical experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis

• Advanced knowledge of Python is preferred

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to effectively communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a passion for achieving results in a dynamic environment
