This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead negotiations on specifications with specialty pharmacy and other data collaborators to ensure that inbound and outbound file specifications are completely aligned with the Ascend 2.0 data model.
β’ Assess data specifications submitted by partners for thoroughness, field-level precision, and alignment with the model; document any discrepancies and facilitate resolution directly with the data partner.
β’ Negotiate field mappings, lists of values (LOVs), file formats, and delivery schedules with data partners, escalating issues to the Engagement Manager only when alignment cannot be reached at the operational level.
β’ Perform internal quality assurance testing on all configuration work before it goes to partner or client-facing testing β nothing proceeds to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) without sign-off from the Business Analyst.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
β’ A bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
β’ Over 2 years of applicable experience in an operations role within a biopharmaceutical manufacturer, reimbursement call center, specialty pharmacy, or data management company.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, particularly in data comparison, conditional formulas, data summarization, and conversion.
β’ Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
β’ Background and experience with the Business Analysis toolkit, including systems development lifecycles, problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques, and the capability to document business process models.
β’ Proven ability to manage deliverables across multiple simultaneous implementations or client programs.
