Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Gather product requests from operational stakeholders and clients.

• Assess, investigate, and pinpoint technical solutions for data discrepancies within the Judi Health technology ecosystem.

• Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to oversee the prioritization and resolution of issues.

• Work alongside the APM to establish business requirements and specifications for items outlined in the roadmap as directed by the APM.

• Accountable for reviewing tickets and identifying misintent following QA processes.

• Recommend data-driven enhancements to the APM for high-value product improvements.

• Support the product team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the APM to manage the backlog and engage in team refinement and planning sessions.

• Assist the APM and team with planning, roadmap creation, and long-term strategic initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with the Judi Health Code of Conduct, including the reporting of any noncompliance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering position, or a related field.

• Proven knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with the agile framework or certification as a Scrum Product Owner is preferred.

• Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems.

• Preferred knowledge of the Python programming language.

• Strong attention to detail along with effective project management skills.

• Understanding of common methods for data exchange.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Possess intellectual and professional curiosity.
